Terms of Service

1. The service

Ezkoy provides nutrition tracking, meal photo analysis, activity logging, meal planning and AI coaching for general wellness. Features may be added, changed or discontinued over time.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to use Ezkoy responsibly. You must not:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulation.
• Attempt to break, probe or bypass the app's security or access controls.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, resell or misuse the service or its AI features.
• Upload content you do not have the right to share, or that is harmful or abusive.

3. AI limitations

Ezkoy uses AI to estimate the food in your photos, calculate nutrition, generate meal plans and provide coaching. These outputs are automated estimates and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Calorie counts, macros and recommendations should be treated as approximate guidance, not exact measurements. You are responsible for verifying information before relying on it.

4. No medical advice

Ezkoy is for general wellness and informational purposes only. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always consult a qualified health professional before making significant changes to your diet, exercise or health — especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant or nursing, or have a history of an eating disorder. Never disregard professional medical advice because of something in the app.

5. Subscriptions and payments

Some features require a paid subscription. Purchases, renewals and billing are handled by the App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel your subscription in your store account. Refunds are governed by the policies of the App Store or Google Play.

6. Your account and responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure, for all activity under your account, and for the accuracy of the information you enter. You must be old enough to use the app in your country. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ezkoy and its providers are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the app or reliance on its estimates. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Termination

You may stop using Ezkoy and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated. See our account deletion page to remove your account and data.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the app evolves. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
